NANCY VAN GILDER

Nancy Van Gilder is the Owner of Texas Environmental Control, Inc. and, since 1991, she has been the President. Ms. Van Gilder is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and is responsible for office administration which includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bid estimates and contracts.

RON VAN GILDER

Ron Van Gilder is Administrative Vice-president of Texas Environmental Control, Inc. and graduate of Stephen F. Austin University. Mr. Van Gilder has been an officer at Texas Environmental Control, Inc. since it was established in 1968 and in the asbestos industry since 1985. To maintain our company licensing he is required to participate in annual asbestos abatement supervisor classes.

DANIEL L. WILLIAMS

Dan Williams is Vice-president of Field Operations of Texas Environmental Control, Inc. and is licensed with the Texas Department of State Health Services as an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor, Asbestos Air Monitoring Technician and Mold Remediation Contractor. To maintain his licensing Dan is required to participate in a medical surveillance program, receive an annual physical and annual asbestos abatement supervisor, air monitoring technician and mold remediation contractor refresher courses. Mr. Williams has been in the asbestos industry since 1985, has supervised many successful projects for Texas Environmental Control, Inc., and is in charge of all field operations. Mr. Williams has been with Texas Environmental Control, Inc. since 1988.

ARGELIA CUELLAR

Argelia Cuellar is the Office Manager and Bookkeeper at Texas Environmental Control, Inc. She is responsible for billings, payables, job costing, financials, payroll and payroll reporting (941-TWC reports, OSHA log, 940 and W2). She handles the various insurance audits and prepares the required monthly insurance reporting.

JUANITA WERNER

Juanita Werner is the Executive Assistant and IT Technician at TECI. She is in charge of environmental compliance with OSHA, EPA, DSHS, TCEQ and DEQ for all TECI projects including notification, permits, waste manifests and archiving. She also maintains all licensing, refresher courses and physical examinations for the company, supervisors and workers. Ms. Werner has been with Texas Enviironmental Control, Inc. since 2009.

GREG MENDEZ

Greg Mendez is licensed with the State of Texas as an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor. To maintain his license he is required to participate in a medical surveillance program, receive an annual physical and annual asbestos abatement supervisor refresher course. Mr. Mendez has supervised many successful asbestos abatement projects for Texas Environmental Control, Inc. since 1985 and has been with Texas Environmental Control, Inc. since 1977.

EFRAIN REMIGIO

Efrain Remigio is licensed with the State of Texas as an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor. To maintain his license he is required to participate in a medical surveillance program, receive an annual physical and annual asbestos abatement supervisor refresher course. Mr. Remigio has supervised many successful asbestos abatement projects for Texas Environmental Control, Inc. since 2000 and has been with Texas Environmental Control, Inc. since 2000.

CARLOS GARCIA

Carlos Garcia is licensed with the State of Texas as an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor. To maintain his license he is required to participate in a medical surveillance program, receive an annual physical and annual asbestos abatement supervisor refresher course. Mr. Garcia has supervised many successful asbestos abatement projects for Texas Environmental Control, Inc. since 2001.

ROMAN AYALA

Roman Ayala is licensed with the State of Texas as an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor. To maintain his license he is required to participate in a medical surveillance program, receive an annual physical and annual asbestos abatement supervisor refresher course. Mr. Ayala has supervised many successful asbestos abatement projects since 2007 and has been with Texas Environmental Control, Inc. since 2015.
